Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://packyourpistol.com website (the “Service”) operated by State of Jefferson Firearms Training (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
State of Jefferson Firearms Training (SOJFT) Cancellation and refund policy
We have had to add this Terms and Conditions policy because of the high volume of cancellations, no shows, etc. We ran for many years without a T&C policy, but with the fees we now have to pay (starting the minute your register for a class), it is an unfortunate part of the business world. Sorry, there are no exception to the Terms and Conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
A full course fee is required to reserve your seat in the class.
Student initiated cancellations 15 days prior to class date are FULLY REFUNDABLE minus processing fees.
Student initiated cancellations 14 to 8 days prior to class date are refundable MINUS a $25 processing fee.
Student initiated cancellations 7 days or less prior to class date, no call or no shows are NON REFUNDABLE.
Students should expect classes to run rain or shine, though SOJFT reserves the right to cancel due to extreme weather or unforeseen emergency.
In the event SOJFT initiates a cancellation, a full refund will be issued, or class fees can be used for the next available class.
Refunds may be applied as credits at the students discretion. Credit will remain valid for 90 days.
Credit card and Paypal precessing fees can not be refunded
Class registration is acknowledgement that you have read this policy and understand it limitations.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
